The days of classic job ads are over. In order to win over potential candidates as a “thought leader” and agency with a high level of digital expertise and passion for innovation, the Hamburg-based PR boutique faced the challenge of creating a modern, multimedia approach to applicants. The result is a digital recruitment magazine that appeals emotionally to potential candidates and at the same time provides comprehensive information. Individual job advertisements that appear there are shared on the agency's social media channels and lead to further interaction with target groups — as well as much praise for the innovative approach.
In addition to job advertisements, the magazine, which was developed extensively and completely in-house, provides insights into Frau Wenk's business areas, customer portfolio and media cosmos. Readers also get to know the team and the flexible working time models. This is done through texts, videos and images, which are regularly expanded and updated.
The recruitment magazine “Enter New Work” is one of Frau Wenk's first innovative content projects in this direction and is aimed at job seekers, people willing to change as well as multipliers. The agency uses it in recruiting campaigns and in direct contact with applicants via various channels. As a new product, it also complements the PR agency's communications portfolio.
The articles that Frau Wenk creates for digital communication with her target groups are published as browser-based, responsive web formats, which are published on a sub-domain by Frau Wenk. These individual editions are implemented independently by Frau Wenk's team as required.
